FFL Requirement for Firearms
All C&R eligible firearms are to be shipped to an FFL dealer. Transfers are to be conducted with FFL or C&R to transfer the firearm. I cannot ship firearms to anyone who does not furnish an FFL. This means that you must make arrangements with a licensed FFL to receive the firearm if you are not a C&R holder. Firearm must ship to address on FFL. We need a copy of their license prior to shipment. Check your local gun laws for regulations that pertain to your locality. Contact me to confirm laws pertinent to your area.
Shipping
I will ship items within 2-3 days of receiving funds and FFL, if an FFL is required for the purchase.
Shipping is done via overnight carrier for handguns. Rifles are shipped via UPS or USPS. Cost varies upon location. 3 day non-firing inspection. Insurance optional at buyers expense. All shipping arrangements are verified with the buyer.
